Using the service
Posture Fix App provides guided posture, mobility, strength, and breathing content. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service lawfully.
Health notice
The app provides general fitness and educational information, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting when you have an injury, health condition, or concern about whether an exercise is appropriate.
Your account and content
You are responsible for activity under your account. You retain rights in information you submit. You allow us to process it only as needed to operate and improve the service under our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected portions of it, or upload unlawful or harmful material.
Availability and changes
The service is evolving and may change, experience interruptions, or include beta functionality. We may suspend access when necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse.
Intellectual property
The app, brand, interface, and supplied exercise content belong to Posture Fix App or its licensors. These terms grant a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or suitable for every person. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Ending use
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these terms.
