What we collect
We collect the information needed to provide your account and training experience, including your email address, name, sign-in provider, onboarding answers, preferences, workouts, workout completion history, reminders, and feedback you submit.
Analytics and diagnostics
Product analytics are optional and disabled by default. If you opt in, we use PostHog to understand events such as sign-in, workout starts and completions, breathing sessions, and feature use. You can withdraw consent from Profile at any time. We may process limited technical error and crash information through Sentry to keep the service reliable and secure; this is kept separate from optional product analytics.
How we use information
- Provide, sync, and secure your account and workouts.
- Remember your settings and training history.
- Send reminders you explicitly enable.
- Diagnose failures and respond to feedback.
- Improve the product when you consent to analytics.
Service providers
We use service providers including Firebase for authentication, Amazon Web Services for application infrastructure and storage, PostHog for optional analytics, and Sentry for diagnostics. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Retention and deletion
We keep account information while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app under Profile. Account data is then removed from active systems, subject to short-lived backups, security logs, and records we must retain by law. See our account deletion instructions.
Your choices
You can disable analytics and reminders in the app, request access or correction, or delete your account. Contact support@postureapp.app for privacy requests.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. We will publish the revised date here and provide additional notice when required.
