Delete your account

Delete in the app

1. Open Posture Fix App and sign in.
2. Open Profile.
3. Under Account, tap Delete account.
4. Confirm the permanent deletion.

This deletes your sign-in identity and active application data, including your profile, preferences, workouts, workout history, daily checks, and feedback. This action cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app

Email us from the address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.

What may remain temporarily

Residual copies may remain for a limited period in backups and security logs. We may retain information when required for fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Such information is not kept for ordinary product use.

Subscriptions

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or another payment provider. Cancel any active subscription through the provider that manages it before deleting your account.
